It doesn’t get much better than this. The Faena Hotel is a five-star luxury hotel situated right on the ocean. It definitely has an upscale artsy vibe, which can be really fun. The newly-opened Faena Bazaar is modeled after a traditional souk, but features a contemporary art gallery on the first floor followed by luxury shops and pop-ups on the second and third floors. Check out their fine jewelry lounge, complete with Gucci pink swan wallpaper.
Right across the street is Casa Faena, which is a less-expensive boutique hotel experience. Travel + Leisure described it perfectly: “charmingly and unpretentiously renovated… Casa Faena is a Spanish-style inn with an atrium that feels like a living room in the Hollywood Hills.”
